sports rules or regulations that render equipment illegal
or useless prior to, or after, realizing its full warranty
period. The governing bodies of the associations in
which you the consumer play, are autonomous and act
independently of the baseball or softball equipment
industry. Items rendered useless by rule or regulation
changes cannot be returned for warranty exchange or
refund. You should be aware of the rules and regulations
of the local leagues and associations in which you
play. Grand Slam Sports, Inc. will not refund or replace
any product that has been used and later found to be
illegal. It is your responsibility to know that a product
is legal for play before it is purchased and used. |
