Payment Policies
  1. Accepted Credit Card
    We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, no American Express.

  2. International Orders
    We don't accept orders or credit cards outside the United States.

  3. Check / Money Order
    You may pay by check, money order, or cashiers check.  If you pay by check please write your bank’s phone number on your check for faster processing.

Shipping Policies
  1. Shipping Dates
    All shipments, including Next Day Air, are shipped and received Monday thru Friday. No shipments are sent or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. The only exceptions to this are UPS Next Day Air on Saturday and US Postal Service.

  4. Shipping Prices
    Our order forms figure a set amount, based on weight, for all ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Please contact us for Hawaii and Alaska rates. All other shipping varies depending on location. Please contact us for pricing if you wish a shipping method other than ground.

    We do offer specials on certain items such as free Next Day Air Shipping. These discounts are advertised next to the description for each product. Discounts in shipping charges will be reflected upon the final invoice.

  5. APO, FPO, & Military Addresses
    Our UPS based shipping rates do not calculate rates to these types of addresses. You will be contacted by us for the final cost of your shipment.

  6. When you receive your order please open all boxes and make sure you have receive everything that you have ordered. If you have not received everything on the order you have 30 days to notify us of the shortage. At that time we will promptly send you the item that was left off your order. The item will be shipped with the same shipping method as the original order was placed with.

  7. If your shipping address and billing address are NOT the same and you are not shipping to a commercial address, then please call to place your order.

Delivery Time

After you place an online order, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order. That order will then be placed in the hands of qualified employees to be processed. If at all possible, your order will be shipped the same day the order is received.

Exceptions to your order not going out the same day would be:

  • If we receive your order too late to be processed and sent to the carriers.
  • If our volume of orders is so large that we cannot get them all processed the day we receive them.
Tracking Numbers

We ship many things from our store. On most items you will receive a tracking number via email once the shipping label is printed. But there are some items that are drop-shipped and we do not always receive tracking information from the manufacture.

Items such as pitching machines or items we are temporarily out of stock,are drop-shipped from their manufacturers. The tracking number is then sent to us via email and we will forward that email to you. It usually takes two or three days before you will receive your forwarded tracking number.
Exchange Policies

Exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date it was shipped. The item or items must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both directions.

You must contact us to set up the exchange.

Return Policies

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. The item, or items, must be unused and in the original packaging. Batting cages, pitching machines, and related equipment must be handled directly through the manufacturers.

You must contact us to set up all product returns. If not your order will be returned to you without a refund.  If you notify us within 15 days of receiving the product there will be a  7% restocking fee minus any shipping charges. After 15 days your refund will have a 15%. restocking fee minus shipping charges.

Aluminum Bats Returns:
DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat upon receipt. Once the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to Grand Slam Sports. To ensure proper sizing, have the player hit plastic baseballs or plastic golf balls outdoors to get a good feel for the swing weight of the bat. If the bat is defective it MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer. A list of manufacturer phone numbers has been listed below for your convenience. Defective bat returns WILL NOT and CANNOT be accepted by Grand Slam Sports.

Special Orders & Custom Goods
These items may not be returned unless defective. Such items will be repaired, replaced, or credit issued at the discretion of Grand Slam Sports.
Sales Tax
In most cases, sales tax is added for items sold only to customers living in the state of Kansas. However items from ATEC may incur sales tax in the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
